So Scott tell us how long have you been in the business and why?
Well Mark, it’s been over 30 years since I picked up my first tool and I got the bug for helping people realise their dreams and building their homes by listening to their wants, advising and then applying a personalised design with a strict attention to detail ethic. It is something I still passionately believe in even after all those years.
What about Scott Clements? Who is he?
My partner Rae and I share 5 kids and live locally in Grange. We recently finished building our second home together having sold the first one a couple of years ago.
For me it’s all about staying fit and healthy and providing for my family. This business is a family-run business and I consider all of my team part of my extended family. We have regular Friday nights at my house after a hard week’s graft relaxing and having a beer together.
What’s your secret? Can you tell us?
There’s no secret, no magic formula, just a commitment that once you sign the contract we believe in communication between the team internally but also externally with every single client which ensures trust and complete transparency into what we are all trying to achieve – the client’s dream home.
When it is all built and we’re ready to hand over the keys, we make a point of giving a small gift but unique gift as a thankyou for letting us create their dream home.
